Convenient location and tasty breakfasts

The hotel is located near a train station. It connected me to a lot of major sights. The room was large. The bed was comfy. I also enjoyed the sauna.
The hotel room was very old. The shower was in the bath, but the bath was high. It was also slippery when exiting the bath. My wife fell when getting out.

The staff are friendly and helpful at reception. Their tips really helped me. The staff worked hard to keep the hotel clean. They were very responsive to guest requests, providing assistance when needed.

helpful staff convenient location nice variety
i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the location is very convenient, only a short walk to the metro station (about 3 minutes). breakfast had a nice variety of foods and drinks, appealing to different tastes.
the thermostat in my room did not seem to work properly (it was a minor inconvenience).

this hotel is close to a metro station with frequent services. several bus routes also pass near the hotel. it's not in a busy tourist area, which provides a quieter environment.

helpful staff delicious food wonderful room
The staff were very polite and helpful. I appreciated their attentiveness. The breakfast was excellent. The food was delicious. I really liked how beautifully it was all presented, such care. The room was like a retreat, very wonderful.
I found the hallways weren't very clean.

The breakfast had amazing variety. I found different foods, fresh juices, and smoothies. The location was convenient, only meters away from metro and bus stops. The neighborhood offered plenty of restaurants nearby, which I enjoyed.
The shower gel scent was not to my liking.

screwed shut window locked safe
The breakfast included a good selection. That met my expectations.
I was disappointed my room's window remain screwed shut. Fresh air was a problem, with only a small vent available and it made the room stuffy. In a emergency, I would have had to break the glass. The safe was locked. There was no radio, telephone, or German TV.
